A 4 Nights 5 Days Shillong Itinerary will let you explore natural bliss and great ambience of the beautiful destination of Shillong including Cherrapunji, Mawllynnong etc., and you will also get a chance to experience the famous local foods across the streets.

Tour Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Guwahati - Shillong

  You will be received at the airport/railway station in Guwahati by our representative. You will then proceed to have a quick visit to the famous temples –Umananda Temple, Kamakhya Temple.

  Later on, you will be transferred to Shillong shortly after which we will take a halt to witness the breathtaking sight of Umiam Lake, which is considered to be the largest man-made lake of North East. Check-in at a pre-booked hotel in Shillong.

  Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 2: Shillong Local Sightseeing

  Today, post sumptuous breakfast, you will proceed for a excursion to the hill station. You will be visiting top attractions of the place, such as the astounding Don Bosco Museum, Ward’s Lake, Cathedral, the mesmerizing Lady Hydari Park, and Police Bazar etc.. The evening will be free at leisure for you to relax and re-energize. Overnight stay at Shillong.

• Day 3 : Shillong - Cherrapunji

  Today post breakfast, you will proceed to Cherrapunji. On midway you will visit the breathtaking Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak to enjoy the scenic view of the city from above. Upon arrival at Cherrapunji, we will commence with our sightseeing tour and visit famous attractions such as Krem falls, Dainthlen Falls, Mawsmai Caves and the fourth highest falls in the entire world - Nohkalikai. Overnight stay and dinner will be arranged at the pre-booked hotel.

• Day 4: Cherrapunji - Mawllynnong - Shillong

  Post breakfast, we will proceed to visit the cleanest village of Asia - Mawllynnong. You will also get a chance to explore the nearby villages and witness the amazing living root bridges. Later on, you will be transferred to the international border of Bangladesh, wherein you will be visiting Dawki Village. This village is known for having some of the cleanest rivers, a classic example of which is the enchanting Umngot River. Later on, you will return to Shillong for a relaxing overnight stay.

• Day 5: Shillong - Guwahati (Departure)

  Today post breakfast, you will be dropped at the airport/railway station in Guwahati, after which you will continue your journey taking with you some great memories.
